Office Supplies Delivery

Delivery is via courier (unless otherwise arranged) and is delivered next working day*

Please supply an address where someone is available to sign as a signature is required for delivery. Please note: we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

  • LOCAL deliveries in the Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Monmouth, Ross and Chepstow areas are FREE over the value of 10-pounds+vat. Please phone your orders through on 01594 810081 during office hours.
  • Delivery is FREE for all orders over 60.00 +vat for the rest of Mainland UK (ex Scottish highlands-see below).
  • Orders UNDER 60 pounds there is a charge of 6.00 +vat

All orders must be placed before 5pm in order to be delivered the next working day. All orders placed after 5pm will be delivered in 48 hours.

Office Furniture Delivery

LOCAL office furniture deliveries are usually FREE, please check on ordering.

All other office furniture deliveries within Mainland UK are charged at 20.00 GBP+vat regardless of order size. This includes all furniture such as Filing cabinets and Cupboards, Office Chairs and Office Desks.

Delivery of Office Furniture is usually approximately 3 days.

General

We deliver throughout the whole of the Mainland UK.

We do not deliver outside of the UK under any circumstances.

Deliveries to Islands and Highlands of UK
We are happy to post small office stationery supplies deliveries by Royal Mail (up to approx 5kg and currently a maximum cost of around 10.00 GBP) to: The Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, The Scottish Islands of Argyll, Bute, North Ayrshire, Orkney, Shetland, Outer Hebrides, Skye, Eigg, Lewis, Mull, Uist, Arran,  Jura, Barra, Islay and Harris, Northern Ireland.

Larger items can be sent by courier and are subject to a minimum delivery charge of 22.50 GBP.

Delivery to Southern Ireland or Channel Islands are unfortunately not possible.

If you would like delivery to Islands and Highlands of UK, please phone your order through on 01594 810081 so appropriate postage/courier charge can be applied.

There is no minimum order value.

*Next working day delivery is not guaranteed, however if you require a premium delivery service we are able to arrange this for you at extra cost. Please contact us.

Payment

Payment can be made on this website via secure Sagepay. We can also arrange payment by Paypal, take payment over the phone using all major credit/debit cards, cheque or good old fashioned cash if you live locally. If you are a business, we are also happy to set up a 30 day credit account (pending usual credit checks).


Returns Policy

Goods ordered in error

If you find you have ordered a product in error please write or email to let us know WITHIN 8 working days of receipt of goods. You will receive a credit or refund within 30 days. All items must be unused and in original packaging and be returned at your own expense. Goods must be sent by a trackable and signed for service.

Please note: special order items such as furniture and perishable goods are non-returnable. Details are stated on individual product details where applicable.

Delivery has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days and you have not had any contact from ourselves with a reason, either phone us email sales@officestar-group.com with your order details and we will find out and let you know what is happening.

Goods are damaged

Should we deliver an item to you that is damaged, broken or faulty on arrival, please advise us by email WITHIN 3 working days of receipt of goods. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and replaced free of charge.

Goods different from what you have ordered

If you receive an item that is different to what you have ordered please advise us WITHIN 3 working days of receipt of goods. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and replaced free of charge.
